Everyone thought I was an alien, it was pretty funny...interesting enough though, I busted and sweat my butt off, stretched, before, did a bunch of 5, 3 and 1 rep squats and was out of there in under 30 minutes and did more work then everyone combined in the place, some of which may still be standing their wondering what they just saw...hahaha...
