110113: Hydration

Stay Hydrated! This is one of the best ways to keep your body moving the way you want. Hydration will reduce the amount of soreness, and speed up you recovery. Not to mention increased flexibility and range of motion. Still haven't gotten your attention? How about increased performance, a hydrated athlete can produce 5-7% higher power output. Which means faster times, heavier weights lifted, more rounds, and more reps. This all translates to better WODs and increased Fitness.

-Vita Coco* (Coconut Water) is my favorite way to hydrate, along with water.
*But stay away from the Acia & Pomegranate Flavor tastes horibble!
