Day to day, you need to find the small little things and Celebrate the Small Victories! Easiest way to help this process. Set a monthly goals, now break that goal down into weekly goals. And then set up a plan to hit these micro goals in or out of the gym. As small as sitting with better posture, in the car, on the computer, or while watching television. Find small things improve and then get excited. The positive energy these victories bring will snowball. Before you know it you will be crushing goals and WODs!
