STRENGTH: Make Up Day!

WOD: "Death By Pull Ups"
With a continuously running clock do one pul-up on the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Use as many set minutes as needed.


If you do not make it to ten minutes you have one of two options:
1. skip one min and try to repeat my last successful min as long as I could then just ladder down if there's any gas in the tank. (if I got 8, rest 1 min and repeat 8 over and over until I missed then 7-6-5-4....)

2. just start back over at one go back up, start over again for 20 min. (go 1-7 3 times
