110606: "Day 1: Nutrition Challenge"

DAY 1 of the Nutrition Challenge is ON!
1)Q:What should you be doing?
   A: Eating Paleo Foods in Zone Proportions.
2)Q: How do I keep track of the food I eat?
   A: Use the Daily Food Journal, print it out twice and you have an entire month!
3)Q: Is this a partner challenge?
   A: When you sign up at the Box this week, you will tell me who your partner is, or we will find you one.    That doesn't mean to wait until you have a partner, you may start eating PaleZone or Zonaleo TODAY!
4)Q: What is the Cost?
   A: This Challenge will Cost $50! Yes It is Expensive, and It Will Be Worth It! It is too easy to just give up, because it is only $20! This Challenge is for those committed to making a change, for the better. 
5) Q: How will we track progress (Physically)?
    A: You will track Progress using CF 5Star Skill Level Tracking Pages.

-100 foot Walking lunge with 45lb plate held overhead
-150 foot Sprint
