The Games season is a grueling multi-stage journey that culminates in the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games on July 29-31 at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California.Unfortunately, due to personal obligations, I was unable to compete at the Mid Atlantic Regional Competition. Sorry if I got any of your hopes up, I truly thought this was my year!
