Great work Monday's classes, but don't forget to stretch and mobilize those joints and muscles. All those pull ups are really going to catch up with you if you don't roll out (Lax ball or Roller) behind the shoulder and the Lat (outside of the upper back, right past the arm pit). So come on and ROLL OUT!!!!
