110627: "Choice, Not Really!"

Tuesday Night 7:00pm Fairwell Gathering for Alex the last of our Mid West construction friends! Come and have a beer and grab some grub!

Does it feel like Ground Hog Day? Get the other one in today! If that little voice in your head is already starting to complain, you know what to do. Don't know? Follow this:
1) Literally say out loud, "STOP"
2) Now reaffirm that you are a goal directed athlete in persuit of "Elite Fitness". The only way to be truly Fit is to attack you weakness and make them strengths!
3) Then attack this WOD with everything you got, and don't look back!


The 5Star Skill Level Tests are to be used as a guide in physical evolution through CrossFit. They are not all inclusive, but it does provide proper markers through the levels of fitness and development. Tests can occur at any time you are at the CrossFit FiveStar. If you do them at home that is practice it only! They only counts if you are at the box and have a witness (any other athlete/Coach)!
